Self Audting

You may have noticed that we keep coming back to the Sales Conversation & using it word for word - that's because IT WORKS! And it's crazy how easy it is to get away from what we learned just a few months ago in Sales Academy. 

 

Justin Ellingson is going to walk you through how to self audit your demo (plot twist, it's as easy as pressing record on Voice Memos on your iPad) & what to look for as you listen back to your demos.

Mastery - Approaches

While we're in the spirit of auditing our demos, lets work our way through the sales conversation again! You can never know the sales conversation too well, and if you think you do you're in a dangerous spot! It's a slippery slope once we get away from the basics. 

 

Review the Approaches here and then say all 4 approaches out loud from memory

How did you do? Were you spot on? A few things you need to work on? Take that feedback and utilize it! It's not what you know, it's what you do with what you know that counts.

Mastery - Building their Need

Picking up after you sit down with the prospect, Building their Need is where all the heavy lifting happens. It's also one spot where it's far too easy to start adding our own opinions, flair, or fluff. Remember, if you're talking you're SELLING but if they are talking they are BUYING and people love to buy but hate to be sold. 

 

Take a few minutes to trim it back & study the sales conversation and then say this part from memory.

Is there something that you're including that isn't adding value to the prospect? Have you gotten away from any questions or important pieces of information? 

 

Now is the time to tighten it up & get back to using the sales conversation the way it's intended!

Time for a little mid-week check in! How are you doing at planning out each day (and then actually following that plan)? If you've been staying consistent with this you know it makes a world of difference! â€‹

Mastery - Buying Atmosphere

As you've likely noticed by now, the Buying Atmosphere is a part of the cycle of sales where it's just as much about HOW you say it as it is what you say. In order to get ourselves in a calm, cool, collected, and confident headspace we have to know exactly what we are going to say. 

 

Take a few minutes to review the Buying Atmosphere if needed & then say this part from memory

Have you changed up the claim you use at all? Do you have different claims ready for different situations? Now would be a great time to become an expert in using names and claims! Ask your trainer if they have any favorite claims for different situations!

Transform Your Life

WOW! You just finished up week 8 in the field, can you believe it?! You've grown so much in these last 2 months & you're just getting started. I can't wait to see how you grow in month 3! 

 

For tonight's development we are going to hear from Dillon Buck on The 4 Agreements. If you haven't read this book yet, it is highly recommended! It's not a sales book but it is a book that will help shape your perspective and your mentality. 

 

How you do one thing is how you do everything, so grab something to take some notes and soak in as much of this information as you can
