Building Upon the Foundation: Digging In

As you build the need with your prospect, it's about more than checking a few boxes as you show them the iPad. This is where you need to dig in and help them understand why this product makes sense for their family.

Justin is going to build upon the foundation that you've already built as he walks you through diggin in to Building their Need

Start by watching

this example of

Justin Building

the Need

And then Grab your Continual Ed Form & take some notes on the Why behind the What

What are some things that stood out? What's 1 thing you can immediately implement tomorrow? Take 10 minutes to practice what you plan to implement & then

Send your team a Voxer (in your support chat) & share those things with them!

Plan & Prepare

One of the best things you can do to help this career easier is to have your plan for the day fully laid out before the day starts! As you fill out your Nightly Goal Sheet Be sure to list out all of the businesses you plan to go to tomorrow in the order you plan to go to them

Once you're done, send a picture of both your Continual Ed Form & your Nightly Goal Sheet to your trainer in your support channel on voxer!

Tuesday

The Mindset of Success

Just 8 weeks in to her career, Kait Sweeney has already established herself as a frontrunner. Not just because of her early success, but because of the mindset she has taken to get there. She's already written "a few eagles", made more in a week than she did in a month in her previous career, and it all comes down to what she talks about in this audio below.

Grab your Continual Ed Form and take some notes as you learn from Kait Sweeney.

The Mindset of SuccessKait Sweeney
00:00 / 13:33

Like Kait says, "Go to work every day and the results will come" - what a great audio for Tuesday of your 2nd week in the field! â€‹

Share your takeaways with your team on Voxer & leave voice memo of what stood out to you most!

Leveling Up Your Claim Game *optional*

Remember - Claims are your Get out of Jail Free card whenever you get an objection. In order to utilize them to the best of your ability you need to know them like the back of your hand!

Find 1 new claim using the Transparent Website (Here) & read it upside down, as if you were presenting it to a prospect, at least 15 times. Read it low & slow and with conviction. The goal is to be able to read this claim to a prospect with clarity and confidence. Print this new claim out & add it to your binder!

Be sure to complete your Nightly Goal Sheet and get prepared for tomorrow. Share a photo of that in your Voxer channel & then get a great night's sleep!

Wednesday

Building Upon the Foundation: The Buying Atmosphere

Now that you've learned how to build the need with your prospect to an elite level, the rest of the demo should be smooth sailing! You've already done the heavy lifting, so let's take some pressure off of yourself and the prospect with the Buying Atmosphere!

Justin is going to walk you through how to transition from building their need in to a high quality Buying Atmosphere. Take a look!

Start by watching

Justin's Buying Atmosphere

And then Grab your Continual Ed Form & take some notes on the Why behind the What

Plan & Prepare

As always, we want to make sure that we are setting ourselves up for success - Grab your Nightly Goal Sheet & plan out tomorrow. Set yourself some goals and a focus, decide what businesses you will go to, and think through the why behind your career with Family Heritage.

Once you're done, snap a pic of that Nightly Goal Sheet and submit it in your support channel on Voxer!

Thursday

Qualifying Callbacks & Setting Appointments

Our goal is always to sit down on the spot, and mot of the time that's exactly what works out, however there is a time and a place for setting appointments. Here's where it gets tricky though...human nature is to procrastinate and push off. If someone is genuinely not interested in what we do it's easy for them to just set an appointment to get you out of their hair today, when they have no intention of keeping that appointment (this is how you end up in follow up hell).

We need to learn how to differentiate between quality appointments and people who are just trying to brush us off. That's exactly what Brian will talk about in this audio - Qualifying Callbacks & Setting Appointments. Grab your Continual Ed Form and a fresh pen to take some great notes as you listen.

00:00 / 10:47

Brian talks about having your 60 second commercial ready - the good news for you is that is exactly what your approaches are! You don't have to create or memorize anything else. Nice!

When you're done listening, grab your Nightly Goal Sheet and set yourself up for tomorrow. Then snap a picture of both your sheets to share with your training team in your support channel on Voxer!

Over the Weekend

Wow! Week 2 is in the books! Have you been getting your 2/3 days every day? Give yourself a pat on the back if you have - that's exactly what it takes to be successful here

Simple, Not Easy

Your career here is simple - spend 8 hours a day in the field Monday-Friday & be sure to get 6 demos each day.

Nobody promised that simple equals easy though. If this career was easy then everyone would do it and the rewards wouldn't be as great. The challenges are why we do this.

Listen to Dillon Buck's perspective from his 9th week in the field & take some great notes.

Send your takeaways to your trainer in your support channel on Voxer!

Reflections from Last Week

As you enjoy a rest to gear up for week 3, let's take a look back at week 2. Grab one of your Weekly Reflection Sheets and take 10-15 mins to identify some things you did well last week and some things you can be intentional about improving this week.

Snap a picture and send it to your training team on your Voxer channel

Getting Back to Basics

You filled this out last week, and we are going to fill it out each weekend so you can track your growth and progress! Don't think too hard on each one, but give yourself an honest review of how you did on each of these items

Count up your score and let us know what it is in your support channel on Voxer!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend & rest up for an amazing Week THREE!
