Hi, I’m Miriam Delgado. I live in Mississippi, but am originally from Alabama. Being from Alabama, I am an avid Bama fan and my NYC rear husband has learned he’s much better to join me than fight me on this one. I enjoy being around supportive, yet funny people…laughter is just good medicine. I love traveling, watching old black & white movies, cooking, and little kids.
Before finding Globe Life Family Heritage Division, I was an HR Director for 30 years, yes 30 years! When I retired I wasn't content being a stay-at-home wife. I missed serving people and building relationships. My husband said to me “You’ve got to find something to do! Why don’t you try Family Heritage?” So with his encouragement, here I am.
I am happier now than I’ve been in probably 5 years. I’m back in a life of service + relationships. The money is good, but it's serving others and helping people to be in a better place financially in case of an unexpected event that really gives me satisfaction. I have a purpose again! To top it all off, I have really enjoyed the love and support that is available throughout our team.
