Skyelar DeVaney

Hi, I'm Skyelar. I grew up in a small town in South Dakota where hard work, family, and community were a way of life. I also proudly served in the Army National Guard, an experience that shaped my discipline, work ethic, and commitment to serving others.

Before joining Transparent Financial, I worked as an agronomist supporting farmers throughout the agricultural industry. I was looking for a career where my effort directly impacted my future while allowing me to help people in a different way.

What I love most about Transparent Financial is the culture of growth and the opportunity to continuously challenge myself. Every day brings new opportunities to learn, improve, and help families protect what's most important.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me working on race cars or spending weekends at the racetrack with family and friends.
