Sara Oswald

Hi, my name is Sara. I'm married to my husband, Michael, and together we have four amazing children. I earned my business degree in Marketing from Iowa State University, and our household is also home to a two-year-old golden retriever and two cats who keep things lively!

Before joining Transparent Financial, I spent several years as a stay-at-home mom, raising our kids while juggling side hustles and volunteer roles that kept me active and fulfilled. I’m incredibly grateful to now be part of a company that truly values family. This career has allowed me to keep my own family front and center while doing meaningful work I love. It’s boosted my confidence and has opened the door to tremendous personal growth. Each day brings new chances to learn, connect, and make a difference.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me enjoying time with my family, taking walks outdoors, or getting lost in a good book.
