Hey there, I’m Mike! I live in the beautiful town of Durango, Colorado with my amazing wife of 10 years and our four awesome kids. I’m a former Boise State running back and three-time state champion wrestler, now focused on building a life rooted in faith, family, leadership, and community.

After 16 years in the automotive industry—leading sales teams and building strong relationships—I knew I wanted something more. I came to Transparent for better work-life balance and the chance to work for myself while finally being paid what I’m worth. Since making the leap, my life has changed in all the best ways—especially my relationships at home. I get to do meaningful work with some of my best friends, and be part of a culture that genuinely cares about its people.

When I’m not protecting families, I’m either coaching youth soccer, serving on the PTO, golfing, chasing live music, or out in the mountains with my crew.

Two things on my bucket list: Take my family to Hawaii in 2026 and Build our dream home.
