Hi, I'm Amanda! I always go back to the basics: what was my own “why” in choosing this career? For me, it’s very simple. As a mom and wife, I wanted flexibility for my family. As someone who came from both military and corporate backgrounds, I never wanted to face glass ceilings again. And as a driven individual, I’ll never accept being told I’m working too hard or need to slow down.

Whatever Kyle (my husband) and I build is ours. We’re creating a generational legacy for our family and for the families of our agents. I don’t have a university degree, I wasn’t born wealthy, and I’m not from a certain pedigree. I’ll always choose applicants with grit and hustle over pedigree and certifications. Attitude, heart, kindness, work ethic, and moral compass can’t be earned with a degree — they’re intrinsic. That’s what sets the best apart and what defines our culture.

Having a growth mindset is everything in this career. It’s what drives success in sales and what equips you to step into leadership. We are 100% in control of our success. We are 100% in control of our next raise. We are 100% in control of our next promotion. That’s a freeing and exciting realization. This career is a leap of faith — all you have to do is jump.
